I know that many of you have been struggling to create a revenue stream in online marketing. Affiliate Marketing appears to be one of the most attractive opportunities available in the online marketing world today, of course you have to figure out how to actually integrate all of the information floating around your brain and the internet before you can do it.
First of all, you are bombarded with affiliate make money offers, from every corner of the globe, once you start your active search for how to make money online. Then you begin to react to the hype that you are inundated with, opening your wallet to extract that credit card, hoping to purchase that elusive, “Automated Income” product, the one that promises the dream of the internet lifestyle, and the ability to finally fire your boss. Only the truth of the matter is once you download the product, and set out to implement it, you discover, once again, that you have been duped.
While there is actually valuable information in the “system”, what you didn’t realize, and what the “guru” didn’t tell you, is that there are only a couple of pieces of the puzzle available in this “automatic” process, and you are going to need to find the rest, on your own. And unfortunately, there are hundreds of pieces to the puzzle that you will need to finally succeed.
So off you go, back to your desk, searching through a thousand emails, going to Google, and reading a hundred “reviews” locating another likely solution, and repeating the process. You begin to ask yourself, where does this process end, how can I find something that actually works?
Of course, its not your fault, you are doing your diligence, but most product creators, will not allow you the full view of their product, until you have spent your money, and joined them on the “inside”. Their reason for doing this is simple, if you were to see exactly what their product entails, you would do what any rational individual person would do, sit on your wallet. But you don’t, you take the chance, and you go “inside”, where once again, you find that some part of the puzzle is just not there.

It takes some people years, and hundreds, or even thousands of dollars of their hard earned money, to finally put all the pieces together, from all of the “turnkey” systems that promise to deliver boatloads of cash to their ClickBank accounts.
The process of integrating all of the information can be very daunting indeed. But it doesn’t have to be. Lately, more of the product creators have grown a conscience, and begun to at least touch on, the other parts of the process that are required for you to be able to accomplish your online money making goals. That way, at least you know what is missing!!
But you probably are running out of patience, and resources that you need to attain your goal.
Several Marketers have recently put together programs that come close to combining all of the ingredients for success, but very few have succeeded. Over all mentoring programs like Brendon Burchard’s Expert Academy, come highly recommended by all of the leading make money online guru’s including one of my personal favorites, Frank Kern. And I have no doubt that entrance to this program will lead you on a path to success, if you implement the lessons learned there. And acheiving expert status and giving $50,000 talks on your area of expertise is your goal.
There are excellent traffic courses, Jeff Johnson’s Traffic Voodoo 2.0 and Robert Grant’s Crowd Conversion come immediately to mind. Of course they only provide the traffic portion of the equation and the price tag is truly an obstacle to joining these high ticket mentoring programs, there are many components other than traffic to consider in creating a well performing money making website. The biggest obstacle that many marketers face when taking a look at becoming a member of these valuable memberships, is that these programs are all list priced at $1997 or more, and while they may well be worth that price tag, some of us who are working toward becoming successful in online marketing, are not able to afford that upfront figure.
Mack Michaels has spent the last decade as a profitable affiliate marketer, and product creator, to the tune of several million dollars. The Rolodex provides URL location and explanation of free tools available online, a list far too numerous to give an all inclusive discussion in this forum.
The Millionaire Society Support tab, and staff, contains something missing from most other programs. Actual support via email or telephone, for your personal issues concerning any topic addressed in the Millionaire Society, attended to by 15 members of Mack’s staff who have been trained to respond accurately by Mack, if they can’t answer you, Mack will. Very dissimilar to the log in trainers in most other programs.

What Does It Takes to Be an Internet Millionaire?
It doesn’t matter how long you have been interested in finding methods to make money online, you have seen the sites that promise the moon in three minutes. The internet cloud is wrought with sites promising the magic solution to your personal financial crisis, and assuring you 15 minute millionaire status.
Putting that into perspective, if you could really invest $47 in an ebook and CMS script, that would create wealth overnight, would it not sell for more than that price?
Do you think that if the system actually worked, that you would be able to identify someone who had made riches over night using the system, other than the Product creator? I don’t think that the majority of the turn key systems that are available on the internet right now can point to a number of millionaires who have made their fortunes as a result of perfecting the system for their own niche marketing.
Of course there is no question that you can in fact make money online, and given the proper effort, make quite a bit of it. However the perception of the internet as a get rich quick environment, where large sums of money can be made with minimum effort or cash investment, is highly inaccurate.
If you think that you can just bang up a couple of websites, with little or no effort create a cash making machine, then you are ready to think again. Making a full time living through online marketing is every bit as difficult a job as you can find, although you can create an entreprenuerial presence with a significantly smaller cash investment than a brick and mortar operation requires. You need to account for the time that you invest into the project, in terms of income you could have made over the same time period, in another avocation, the real cost of the effort.
The time investment with respect to creating a working online revenue stream is going to be the largest investment that you make into your business. The number of details that need to be addressed to create a working revenue stream are many, and many are not extremely obvious. However your market is not constrained by the standard time constraints of a physical location, or the market restraints of your geographical location. Your customer base is always awake, and able to access your product.
Just like any other viable business, your success on the internet is going to be directly related to the effort you put into your business, if you think that all of a sudden you can stop working on your blogs and web sites, and the business will just run, you have been mislead.
There is no denying that there are certain very appealing benefits to running an online business which you work on from home, but be forewarned, you still need to work. The most successful entrepreneurs online work a frighteningly full schedule, meeting deadlines for their business’ even while on vacation.
The obvious point of the dissertation, is that building a successful online business is a full time job. I have purchased a number of ebooks, and learning platforms, I have used many systems and I can testify that most of them fall well short of turning on an auto generated flow of revenue, which is what their promoters will declare on a near universal basis. In the best case scenario you learn about a new part of the puzzle, and go back to integrate the information you’ve collected onto your hard drive on your own.
So you develop techniques from known winning sources, reverse engineer and create some websites that begin to churn out some money, you still need to invest time in your business, and often times, as new marketers we don’t know where the best return on our time investment can be found. That is why some guidance is advisable. You want to make sure that the time is spent in the areas which provide the greatest ROI.
I can provide you some basic guidance for building your online business. But you will have to ensure that you work on the areas that make your online business work.
1) Find at least one Product, in a viable niche. You need to make sure that you have a product that fills a specific demand, within the niche that you have chosen. You can determine whether there is a market for a product using free online tools and websites. Develop as much information as you can about the niche that you are marketing into and create an online presence through your blog, your forums and social networks that pertain to your niche.
2) Don’t start your business effort without having built a complete website, make sure that you have an effective opt in offer, or gatekeeper to the free information that you are offering on your website, make sure your page is 100% before you publish. There is nothing more unappealing than a site promoting a $100 product that looks like the amateur hour.
3) Both on page and off page optimization are important to creating a search engine friendly keyword rich website. The optimization of your website may be one of the most time consuming aspects of building your online business, and a number of the tasks you need to accomplish may be less than exciting to engage in. If you don’t have the time to complete this process, you can outsource parts of the task, but you have to build links, or you won’t get the organic traffic that can make the site a success for you.Optimize your site: This is the most time consuming process, either pay someone to do it for you properly if you don’t have the time, or make sure you do it right. The last thing you want or need is to be blacklisted from search engines. Do an effective job of researching attainable, commercially viable keywords, and get quality links where you can. Proper on and off page optimization will make your website work, so pay close attention to this aspect.
4) Once you have turned a prospect into a client, its important that you maintain contact with that customer, to both ensure that they are happy with your products, and also so that you can continue to sell them other products as time marches on. If you are selling an original product, you should create a forum for answering FAQ’s and unique questions as well, creating the perception that you are an expert in your chosen field, while maintaining a presence inside your clients purview.
If you will make certain that you spend the majority of your time on these activities, making sure that these processes are smooth, you will reap the rewards by creating an optimized, highly visited money machine. these areas will have the highest return on time invested and help you to become a success on the internet. Just remember that the process will not happen overnight, and have some patience in realizing the fruits of your labor. and remember, it won’t happen over night.

At first we have to look within our language expression and do some analysis of our selves. Success requires action, action demands decisive language, including terms like “I will do this” and “I have to do this”.
You may even like to consider two very important F words in this process. One ot these words will stop you from taking action, and the other will help you succeed. The word that will keep you from taking action, is FEAR. You may have heard that “Fear” means “False Evidence Appearing Real,” however I prefer to say that it stands for “False Education Appearing Real”, as well. If you can figure out what has already worked, then you are half the way home. But it doesn’t matter what knowledge you acquire, if you live in fear, you won’t ever get the results that you want.
And the other F word that you need to hold closely, is FAITH. You need to have faith in yourself, your spouse, your kids, your business, your ideas and other people. Some people have the capability to have faith in everything except other people. And that faith is equally important. Having the ability to develop faith in yourself and in others will allos you to move forward and reach the objectives that you want.
So, the language that you use is very important. Remember this, because it is crucial: Learn the processes from others who have proved them before you, get the process down, and have faith that it will work for you too. Internet Marketing Step I, How to Engage the Marketplace, Product
First of all I would like to reveal that I have substantial formal education, in business, combined with a 21 year career, in entrepreneurial marketing. I have created a successful brick and mortar retail operation, a successful retail service (home improvement) operation, a recruitment business (HR) and a successful financial services operation (insurance), all of which were primarily dependent upon my effort to succeed or fail, and I have run the gamut of success and failure. So for me to have decided to venture into the realm of Internet marketing in general, and the niches I am currently exploring, make money and health and fitness, is not much of a surprise to folks who know me personally. I am addressing the very basic issue here of how to market, so the four P’s, presented in mid 80′s business school marketing 101, of Product, Place, Promotion and Price will be the focus of my current discussion.
Fortunately, in retrospect, I was traveling down the road toward online marketing and the electronic sales process, for the last two years, so I have been intensely studying the methodology required for the online marketing of a traditionally offline business, the life and health insurance business. The fascination in the methodology, led me to the logical conclusion, that the full time engagement in online marketing, could provide a replacement income, if I could come up the learning curve in a timely manner. And of course, when the heat is on the mind becomes fertile. Scraping the internet for free “Guru” tidbits for a year and a half, led to the cautious investment into tools that I believed, and have in fact proven,through study, reverse engineering and careful implementation,were necessary for the successful operation of an internet business. What you don’t want to do is go out and buy every “system” available on the net. You want to determine which system you would like to use, prior to the initiation of your online promotion, and prior to purchasing the tools which are in fact necessary to your success.
I have been an entrepreneur, since 1991, so the process of analysis and the mind set that allows for an independent venture, has been well established in my character. And there is one huge factor that I never had to overcome, fear, which is a common obstacle that some folks have to overcome to be successful in an entrepreneurial venture of any sort. That being said, Lets talk about the necessary components of an online operation. After which, we will develop an understanding of methods that we can apply to the process of the creation of that business. You hear a lot about clickbank, because it is a very safe place to operate. The money for purchases made on clickbank is controlled by clickbank rather than the vendor, so you will get paid your commissions in Clickbank. In some CPA operations, the payouts are not nearly as guaranteed.
Hard goods purveyors (amazon, wholesale on Ebay) generally pay smaller commissions, however people have a tendency to make fairly substantial hard goods purchases online. So the first component we need to fulfill with respect to basic marketing, can be completed, by choosing a niche, and product or affiliate program.

There are a ton of ways to get traffic, but only a few of them are worth your time. You would be well advised to stay with the free traffic methods as a beginner, as the paid methods of advertising may be cost prohibitive, you can spend a great deal of money figuring out what works and what doesn’t with paid methods.
One of the best free methods to advertise is to use video marketing. After creating 3 – 5 minute videos, you can submit them for free, to sites like Metacafe, YouTube and Google video. These sites are all popular and get a incredible amounts of traffic to them on a daily basis. These sites will prove to benefit you, because of the huge traffic numbers that they generate on a daily basis, across a large cross section of niches.
